Evaluations
Coaches will review all interest forms and select the team based on their season performance.
Team Announcement
All All-Star teams will be announced at Closing Ceremonies on Saturday, May 2, 2026.
2026 All-Star Player Interest Form
All-Star Season 2026
The All-Star season begins immediately after Closing Ceremonies, with practices held 3-5 times per week and tournaments potentially every weekend from May 08, 2026, to July 20, 2026. Teams that qualify for Nationals may have an extended season.
Commitments
- 3-5 practices per week
- Tournaments potentially every weekend
- Families must ensure player attendance. Players who do not meet attendance expectations may be removed from the team at SPGS’s discretion
- 8U-12U teams travel and stay overnight for some tournaments TBD
- Tournaments may start on a weeknight
- If a team qualifies for State or Nationals, participation is mandatory.
Teams that qualify may not decline, as doing so may jeopardize future league eligibility.
Costs
- 6U-14U: Amount TBD by division but not to exceed $350.00 per player
*NOT included in this price: hotel, food, and incidental costs for Away tournaments for qualifying teams;
8U-14U: Costumes for State Parade for qualifying teams - Additional costs determined by each team manager
- 8U-12U: Should the team qualify for State, Regional or National championships, they could travel out of the state. All-Star fees do not cover food, travel, or lodging expenses, which may be incurred depending on the tournament location. Scholarships are not available for Tournament Team play, so please make sure you can meet the financial obligation before committing to a team.
Uniforms
Uniform sizes are mandatory for the interest form, and no uniform size event will be held. For any questions or concerns regarding sizing charts, please specify on the interest form in the comments section.
Eligibility
Players involved with a travel ball team after March 31 are disqualified from playing All-Stars. This includes attending try-outs, practicing, guest playing, or being on a roster.
Per USA Softball Guidelines, “A player must play a minimum 75 percent of the current season’s League games.
If playing in more than one league, you must declare what league they will be playing all-stars by April 1, 2026.
Players must be in good standing with the league to be eligible.
Please Note– It is very important to list all possible conflicts when registering your player. Please understand that the spot you may take is a spot that another dedicated and qualified player will not receive. Games are typically on Saturday and Sunday, but Friday games are possible.

Interest Form
The interest form helps determine player participation and family commitment to the All-Star program but does not guarantee selection for a team.
